eGo Car Cancellation & Refund Policy

EGO is a service app. If someone needs a car, a trip can be booked by entering the pick-up location and destination in EGO App. There is no upfront cost at the time of booking.

After booking a vehicle through EGO, one can cancel the booking till the start of the journey. As no advance deposit is required at the time of booking, there is no question of refund even if the booking is cancelled.
